Product Introduction
The ultra-high pressure brazed plate heat exchanger adopts a double-layer sandwich design, which makes its
structure compact and pressure bearing greater. Can be applied in R722 (CO2) refrigerant heat pump systems.
Note: The material of the clamp plate is Q235, and M16 and M20 clamping bolts can be selected.
Depending on the usage situation, lifting ears, feet, etc. can be selected.
MAX Pressure: 90BAR (9MPA)

Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers (BPHEs) are engineered to handle high pressure and temperature demands, making them suitable for a range of specialized applications. Here are some applications where UHP BPHEs are typically utilized:
Refrigeration Systems: UHP BPHEs are ideal for use in refrigeration systems, including chillers and heat pumps, where they can serve as condensers or evaporators. They are designed to withstand the pressures associated with modern, high-pressure refrigerants like R410A .
HVAC Systems: In heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, UHP BPHEs ensure efficient heat transfer and energy savings, even under high-pressure conditions .
Industrial Processes: They are used in various industrial applications that require high-pressure heat exchange, such as chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food processing .
District Heating and Cooling: UHP BPHEs are employed in district heating and cooling networks to efficiently transfer heat between the primary and secondary circuits, often under high pressure .
Supermarket Refrigeration: These heat exchangers are suitable for CO2 supermarket refrigeration systems, which may operate at high pressures .
Data Centers: For cooling systems in data centers, UHP BPHEs provide efficient heat dissipation, crucial for maintaining optimal operating temperatures for sensitive electronic equipment .
Marine Applications: Due to their robust construction and resistance to corrosion, UHP BPHEs are used in marine environments for heating and cooling processes, which may be subjected to high-pressure conditions .
Power Plants: In power generation, UHP BPHEs can be used in combined cycle systems, where high pressures and temperatures are common .
High-Pressure Heat Recovery: They are used in heat recovery applications where high-pressure exhaust gases or fluids need to be cooled and their heat energy recovered .
Test and Verification: UHP BPHEs are also used in testing and verification processes to ensure the performance and reliability of equipment under high-pressure conditions .
These applications benefit from the UHP BPHEs' ability to provide efficient heat transfer, compact size, high compression resistance, and robust construction suitable for high-pressure operations . The innovative design of these heat exchangers, such as the Micro Plate™ technology by Danfoss, offers up to 10% better heat transfer compared to traditional designs, further enhancing their performance in demanding applications
